Good to know

Who answers my question?: The founder of The Room, personally. There is currently one expert, and responses are written by hand.
How quickly will I hear back?: Responses take time to write well. We do not promise immediate or same-day answers; you will receive an email when your response is ready, and you can check its status anytime.
Is it unlimited?: No. Each membership includes one private question per billing month. Unused questions do not roll over.
Is my question private?: Yes. Questions and responses are private by default. Your question will never be published. If the founder would like to write an anonymized Q&A inspired by it, that only happens with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw.
What kind of advice is this?: General professional perspective on careers, leadership, and workplace dynamics. It is not legal, financial, medical, or investment advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Can I cancel?: Yes, anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
